When you come to see us, you’ll be assigned your own personal Care Nurse who will be with you for your entire appointment. They will care for you in every way during your time at the dental office. They are your advocate and make sure you are as comfortable as possible in every regard every step of the way. They’ll check you in, escort you to your treatment room, and take diagnostic images before your dentist arrives. After being introduced to your dentist, he’ll take a little time to chat with you and ask about your dental history, and then he’ll perform a comprehensive oral exam. He’ll then go over his findings with you and recommend any additional treatments you might need. You’ll then be invited to ask as many questions as you like, and your Care Nurse will help you go over your financial options afterward. You will not be bounced around like in a typical dental office from person to person. This ensures total exquisite continuity of your care and experience.
We believe that absolutely everyone who comes to see us should be able to easily afford their dental care, so if you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf and ensure you get the most out of your benefits.
