Get to Know Alberto J. Lamberti, DMD

Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Lamberti decided to become a dentist right after high school. He knew he wanted to pursue a career in the medical field so he could help people and make them feel better. Dentistry offers just the right mix of science, art, hands-on work, and patient interaction. The more he learned about it, the more it seemed like the right fit, and he has been dedicated to the profession ever since.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Lamberti earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Additionally, he successfully completed a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry at Tufts in 2011.

After finishing, he decided to pursue his passion for teaching and was honored with an appointment as an Assistant Professor at the Tufts University Prosthodontics Department, where he served for almost 10 years. Dr. Lamberti also worked at the Tufts Dental Associates Faculty Practice and Beacon Hill Dental Associates, where he gained valuable experience handling complex cases. Throughout his career, Dr. Lamberti has attended and presented at several dental conventions worldwide, such as the FDI Annual World Dental Congress.

Prior to his arrival in the United States, Dr. Lamberti completed a Postgraduate Specialist in Prosthodontics program at the Central University of Venezuela in 2005 and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the same institution in 2000. Today, he has practiced extensively in the field of prosthodontics for over 20 years.

Outside Of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

In 2020, Dr. Lamberti and his family decided to move to South Florida from Boston, MA. Fluent in English and Spanish, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing soccer, going to the beach, and traveling. He and his wife, Dr. Adriana Valery (who is also a dentist who previously taught at Boston University), have two children, Luciano and Alessandra.
